How do scammers steal cards?

First, you must contact the appropriate organization with an application to block the card.

When to replace the card

Today there is a convenient opportunity to issue a new card via the Internet. In order to do this, you will need to go to the Moscow government services portal and in the “Education and Study” section select the “Student Social Card” item.

If the cardholder previously filled out his application through the portal, his personal information is stored in the database, otherwise he will need to register his personal data by filling out the appropriate form.
