– Yes, today you can read the court’s decision on the Internet. Some information about court decisions may be published in the public domain, while others are prohibited. By law, all courts of the Russian Federation are required to post information on court cases on their online resource: decisions, rulings, resolutions, sentences, etc. The corresponding obligation for the courts was assigned by Federal Law No. 262 of 2008 “On ensuring access to information about the activities of courts in the Russian Federation” . Information about arbitration, criminal, civil, administrative cases, etc. is publicly available.
