The electronic form of filing documents with courts became very common back in 2021, when all changes to the system for filing electronic documents proposed for use by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation were finally finalized.
Since April 2021, the use of electronic reception courts of arbitration and courts of general jurisdiction has become more active due to the spread of coronavirus infection. In this regard, until restrictions on the physical reception of citizens are completely lifted, all courts on the territory of the Russian Federation will accept documents exclusively in electronic form, despite the fact that official non-working days have been lifted and the courts are switching to normal operating hours.
