You can search for debts using one of the following documents:
- Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
- TIN - individual taxpayer number.
- SNILS - insurance number of an individual personal account.
It is best to search for each of the proposed numbers, because... only this can guarantee the absence of debt to the bailiffs.
In addition, I also recommend checking the outstanding fines. To do this, at the top of the form, click on the “Find out fines” button. The fact is that even if the payment deadlines have already passed, the fines may not have had time to be handed over to the bailiffs. If you pay for them now, they won’t reach the bailiffs.
How to find out debts from bailiffs?
Checking debts from bailiffs is quite simple.
Firstly, you can contact the bailiff service directly. If you received a letter about a debt, then the letter must indicate the address and telephone number of the bailiff where you can contact him. The same data can be found on the Internet. Don't be afraid to contact the bailiffs directly. As a rule, they are very happy when people come to pay their debts of their own free will.
Secondly, you can view debts from bailiffs online. To do this, you need to go to the website of the Federal Bailiff Service https://fssprus.ru/iss/ip/ There you need to select a territorial body, enter your data and click on the “Search” button.
On the next page, enter the verification code and then you will receive all the information on your debt. If there are no debts, then this will also be written.
We check at State Services
There is information here not only about court proceedings, but also about tax debts and fines for traffic violations. You can only check data about yourself.
Tax debts are checked on this page. To receive information, you will have to go through authorization and enter your TIN in the form that opens.
Here you can set up notifications to receive messages about debts when you log into the portal. The data is also shown in the mobile application (version for iOS, for Android).
Information about fines can be found here. In the form you need to enter data from your driver’s license and STS (vehicle registration certificate). If you saved them in your profile, the system will fill out the form automatically.
The site checks data on fines in the traffic police databases, as well as in the state payment system for Moscow and individual regions: these are Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Perm and Krasnoyarsk territories, Tver, Tyumen, Belgorod, Kaluga and Ryazan regions.
You can pay the fine immediately on the website or in the mobile application. Don’t delay: there is a 50% discount for the first 20 days from the moment the fine is imposed.
Legal debts are checked on this page. The site will also tell you whether there is enforcement proceedings and at what stage they are.
Services are free. You can find out about court debt immediately. The remaining data is provided within 17 working days . So it's worth checking in advance.

How to pay a debt to bailiffs?
Paying debts to bailiffs is also a simple procedure. You can take the details and amount of the debt from the bailiff service and pay off the debt at the nearest bank.
You can also pay your debt online. If you have unpaid fines displayed in the previous paragraph, then you probably noticed that next to each fine there is a Pay button.
There are a lot of payment methods. This is payment by card, Webmoney, Qiwi, from a mobile phone account. Please note that a transaction fee may apply. In addition, the service allows you to generate a receipt for payment. You can print it out and pay at the bank.
Be careful when paying your debt online. Check all your data, otherwise you can pay off the debts of your namesake.
Let's go to your creditor bank
It happens that employees of banks and other credit institutions accidentally or intentionally do not close the loan, even if you have paid it off. It’s better to double-check this before your trip, even if you didn’t find any debts in the registries.
The easiest way is to go to your bank account and see if there are any debts.
Make a list of banks from which you could take out loans. Credit cards count too. Then take your passport to any branch of each bank.
There you will receive certificates about the absence or presence of debt.
How do bailiffs collect debts?
The measures that a bailiff can take are described in the Federal Law “On Enforcement Proceedings”. There are quite a lot of these measures, so I will list only a few that are of greatest interest to debtors.
First of all, the FSSP employee offers to voluntarily repay the debt within 5 days. If the driver meets the specified time, he will not have to pay the execution fee:
FSSP enforcement fee
The bailiff can also collect a fine from the debtor's salary . If you work officially, then it will not be difficult for the bailiffs to find you and collect the debt through the bank or management. Bailiffs can also seize a person’s property, money and securities. In particular, the bailiff can evict a person from their living space. But, of course, these are already extreme measures; the amount of debt and the period of non-payment in this case reach large values.
During the holiday season, many debtors wonder whether they might be prohibited from traveling abroad due to debts. In fact, bailiffs can do this too.
We receive a statement from the credit history bureau
On the Central Bank website you can access the Central Catalog of Credit Histories (CCCH). It's easiest if you know your credit history subject code . It is created when drawing up a credit agreement or loan agreement.
You can do without a credit history subject code; there are many ways:
▪ Make a request at the Russian Post office. You need to take your passport with you. In your request, do not forget to have your signature certified by your telecom operator.
▪ Contact a credit institution. Our staff will help you make a similar request.
▪ Contact a credit bureau. In many of them, employees are authorized to accept such requests.
▪ Visit a notary. He has the right to certify your signature and request credit history information.
One request per year is free, each subsequent one is 200 rubles .
A response will be sent to your e-mail from the Central Control Commission. It will indicate which credit bureau stores your data. This is not the story itself!
Now contact your specific credit bureau, either in person or by mail.
Restriction on travel abroad
The bailiff has the right to use such a punishment as restricting the debtor from traveling abroad . In fact, this is a very effective measure. Agree, a person will not be very pleased if he is turned away at customs and the paid tour disappears. In this case, the travel agency will not return the money for the trip, since the trip was canceled due to the fault of the tourist.
Previously, the law did not say anything about the amount of the fine, after which the bailiff could impose a restriction on not leaving. And there were cases when people were not released due to a minimum fine of one hundred or three hundred rubles. The person might not even be aware that he is in default of payment. And he learned this unpleasant news only at the airport, realizing that he could say goodbye to his vacation.
Now the situation has improved. According to paragraph 1 of Article 67 of the Law “On Enforcement Proceedings”:
Article 67. Temporary restrictions on the debtor’s departure from the Russian Federation
1. If a debtor-citizen or a debtor who is an individual entrepreneur fails to fulfill, within the period established for voluntary execution, without good reason, the requirements contained in a writ of execution, the amount of debt for which exceeds ten thousand rubles, or a writ of execution of a non-property nature, issued on the basis of a judicial act or being a judicial act, the bailiff has the right, at the request of the claimant or on his own initiative, to issue a resolution on a temporary restriction on the debtor’s departure from the Russian Federation.
Those. You may not be allowed to go abroad only if the amount of debt exceeds 10,000 rubles. If your fines are less in total, then you can safely go on vacation.
Now another important question. How long after payment do the bailiffs lift the ban on traveling abroad ? In fact, you need to take care of your debts at least a month before your trip. This is approximately the amount of time required to lift restrictions.
To be sure, after payment it is better to visit the bailiff and show him the payment receipts. The bailiff needs time to lift the travel restriction. This is not the fastest procedure. But a month should be enough. Perhaps in the future there will be terminals at airports through which you can pay off your debts and immediately go on vacation. So far, we have not encountered such devices.

Suspension of a driver's license
In addition to restricting travel abroad, bailiffs from January 15, 2021 may also suspend the validity of a driver’s license. This penalty is imposed only if there is a debt exceeding 10,000 rubles. At the same time, the ban on driving vehicles is valid until the driver pays off the debt to the bailiffs.
Now you know how to check your debts with bailiffs and how to pay them. I advise you to pay your fines on time and not bring the matter to the point of exacting measures from the bailiffs. Then you will save your savings, and nothing will threaten your vacation.
Good luck on the roads!
Find out if there are debts on utility bills
For this purpose there is a separate website based on State Services. Authorization by account on State Services.
The system for prosecuting debts for housing and communal services is as follows:
▪ From the 15th of the current month to the 3rd of the next month, submit instrument readings. Otherwise, they will be taken into account only in the next billing period.
▪ You must pay by the 10th day of the month following the end of the month, or according to the rules described in your apartment building management agreement.
▪ If you do not pay on time, a penalty . The first three months - for each day of delay. Then they can turn off the water, gas or electricity.
▪ If you still don’t pay, the management company has the right to go to court to collect the debt. Usually 6 months of delay is enough for this.
So don’t take late payments to extremes.

The debt has been paid, but money continues to be deducted from your salary/pension, what should I do?
Many people who had FSSP debts are faced with a situation where the debt has already been paid, but the employer continues to count out the money and the next salary comes again with a deduction of 50%.
This happens if the bailiff did not send a resolution on the cancellation of foreclosure measures on time. Or he sent it, but indicated, for example, the wrong number of the enforcement proceedings.
In such cases, the money is transferred to the FSSP account, and then, after some time (usually several weeks) is transferred back to the debtor. And this situation can repeat from month to month. A person may sincerely not understand why, for example, a pension comes to his card in parts.
In such a situation, you need to go to the bailiff and get a resolution from him to cancel the foreclosure measures , having first checked the specified IP number. And take it to the accounting department at work/pension fund (depending on who transfers the money to the FSSP). Only this will help quickly solve the problem of write-offs for an already paid debt.
