The essence of the process
What is temporary registration in an apartment? Registration at the place of residence is the procedure for registering at the address where a person lives for a certain period.

The primary right to official registration of temporary registration in a non-privatized apartment has the tenant who has entered into a social contract with the local administration of the municipality. Required documents

Where to go and procedure
For close relatives, it is enough to complete the simplified procedure for temporary registration in a non-privatized apartment with a direct application to the Main Department of Migration. In other situations, additional permission from the local administration is first obtained:

Temporary registration of close relatives without the consent of the tenant and other residents in a non-privatized apartment is allowed.
Child registration
The registration of a minor child is permissible even if the current minimum standard for living space is violated. In the regions of Russia this parameter is 8-10 sq. m. per person. Of course, at least one of the parents must have temporary registration at the same address.

Since a temporarily registered person does not have any rights to housing, only the owner decides whether he will be registered or not.
You can lose your registration the very next day after registration if the owner of the property suddenly changes his mind. In this case, no evidence or justification is required from him .
If a person registered in a certain territory no longer needs this registration, he can write an application to the FMS office with a request to cancel it ahead of schedule.

Re-registration at the initiative of the owner
