How to confirm your State Services account in Sberbank Online

Yesterday (May 12) evening I received confirmation about the tenth time. Sber constantly froze and after a minute wrote “We need a little more time...” and suggested “Continue searching.” I clicked “Continue” and eventually saw the treasured message about successful confirmation.

This was at approximately 20:00, but on the Government Services website my account still remained “Standard” and only after almost 6 hours did I receive a notification that the status had been changed to “Confirmed”, keep this in mind, there may be a delay.

Then, in general, Sber started showing a message that there was technical work on the State Services website and come back after 22:00.

Birth certificate for State Services: where to get the number and date of issue

The procedure for correcting an entry in the civil register
