Application procedure

The procedure for contacting the Housing Inspectorate is shown in the following steps:

Normative base

The sphere of activity of housing and communal services is considered the most complex and socially significant, therefore, 16 legal acts have been adopted to regulate it. Possible consequences of filing a claim

If the application with a complaint against housing and communal services is correctly drawn up and contains specific indications of violations, there are several outcomes of events:

  1. The supervisory authority (CA) will conduct an inspection, as a result of which it will identify minor violations and oblige the management company to eliminate them as soon as possible.
  2. The CC will identify significant violations that contradict human rights and will bring the CC to administrative or criminal liability. When considering such a case, the court may oblige utility services to compensate for material damage and pay moral compensation.

If the complaint against the housing and communal services was drawn up incorrectly, without a valid reason, and evidence was not attached to it, it will be returned to the applicant.

Case No. 11-2/2010 is based on the lack of snow removal from the roof of an apartment building, as a result of which a block of snow fell on the car of citizen A. The plaintiff incurred the costs of repairing the vehicle and paying for the examination. In the statement of claim, she also indicated a demand for reimbursement of funds aimed at collecting evidence and bringing witnesses to the trial. The court satisfied the demands and ordered the utility company to pay compensation in the amount of 20 thousand rubles.
