  • basic information;
  • date and signature of the head of the employing organization.

Such a requirement has no official concept and is not used in the personnel management of the Russian Federation. The concept of characteristics does not have federal status, but is often used in some regulations.

What data does the characteristic contain?

The characteristics for VTEC contain the following information.

Heading

The document should begin with the heading “Production Specification” located in the middle of the page. At the request of the organization issuing the paper, a corner stamp with basic information about it can be affixed to it, but this is not necessary.

Basic information about the characterized

After the title there is a block of information about what is being characterized. It contains the following information:

  1. Last name, first name and patronymic of the employee.
  2. Full name of the organization in which he works. The main direction of its activities can also be indicated here.
  3. Then the characteristics include information about the employee’s position and the job duties he performs, his actual profession, as well as his rank (if any).
  4. Information about the nature of the work. This section tells what specific work the employee performs (for example, ensures the operation of a CNC machine, receives and processes incoming documentation, and so on).
  5. Length of working hours. Here they provide detailed information about the duration of working hours (how many days a week the employee works, how long the working day lasts, whether there are overtime hours).
  6. Working conditions. Here they indicate general information about the conditions under which the citizen’s labor activity takes place. If during it the employee is exposed to harmful influences provided for by labor legislation, this is also reported, indicating the time during which the employee is affected by adverse production factors.
  7. Information about how a citizen copes with the responsibilities assigned to him. This indicates how effectively the employee performs his or her job. This information is necessary for VTEK to assess the state of his health, since failure to fully perform job duties may indicate the presence of a particular disease that gives the right to be assigned a disability.
  8. Information about diseases. This section indicates whether the employee went on sick leave, and if he did, then when, for how long and for what reasons.
  9. Information about translations. Here it is reported whether the employee was transferred to other positions due to deterioration in health or the occurrence of any disease, due to which he cannot fully perform his work duties in his previous position.
  10. Other information. This section indicates any other information that may be important to the ITU commission considering the issue of assigning a disability to a citizen. The column may not be filled in at all - in this case, a dash is placed in it.

Date, signature, seal

The description ends with the date the document was drawn up, as well as the signature of the official of the organization who certified it. The document is certified by the head of the employing company. Usually his position, surname and initials are indicated on the paper. A stamp is placed over the signature.

The document may also contain information about the employee of the organization who compiled it. He does not put his signature on the paper, but indicates his position, surname and initials. Typically, personnel department employees are responsible for compiling production characteristics, but in small enterprises these responsibilities may be assigned to another specialist.

Request information about working conditions

The law allows the authorities conducting the survey to request additional data from the organization for which the patient worked. The action is performed if there is not enough information to compile a complete picture of the disease. In this situation, a request is sent about the characteristics of work activity and working conditions. The purpose of the procedure is to define the concept of functional responsibilities that are assigned to the employee.

When compiling characteristics for ITU and VTEC, there are some peculiarities:

  1. Information about all features of the work activity performed by the employee (date of employment in the organization, career and professional growth) must be indicated.
  2. Personal qualities of the employee, relationships in the team.
  3. Indicate the assessment of production standards.
  4. Possibility of changing qualifications, which is necessary to reduce working hours and ease responsibilities in general.

Typically, documents confirming the amount of salary for a specified period are required by banking institutions to issue loans.

Important! The certificate must indicate the name and contact details of the organization, the length of time the employee has been working in the position held (with its indication) at the given enterprise, as well as the monthly breakdown of the accrued wages.

The same certificate may be required to be submitted to the social security department when applying for a subsidy for utility bills.

There is no strict form for such a certificate. Usually banks and social agencies offer their own form to fill out.

Reasons for entering data

Not all citizens can initiate an examination even if they have an occupational disease. To do this, there must be indicators that allow you to pass the examination. The characteristics confirm their presence.

It is filled out based on a list of documentation, which includes:

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • employment history;
  • disability certificates (prepared 1 year in advance);
  • certificate of examination of the accident, if it took place;
  • a request from the ITU Bureau, which will provide the final conclusion.

Additionally, it will be necessary to reflect data on the working conditions in which the citizen was forced to work for 1 year. It is important to take into account the level of harmfulness, the danger of the type of employment and the compliance of the work with hygiene standards.
