Contents of the inspection report

This document reflects the following information:
- Name. Reflected in the center of the document, usually in bold font.
- The date when the document is filled out in the “day, month and year” format.

- List of persons included in the commission.

The features and data of each act may differ from each other depending on the purpose for which the inspection is carried out.
