It would seem, what difference does it make where you are registered and live permanently? Especially if you often change your place of residence. But everything is not so simple - the state obliges everyone to register their place of residence

How will they check that you do not live at your registration address? This is a secondary issue. But if, nevertheless, a discrepancy between the residential address and the actual registration is discovered, both the citizen himself and the owner of the property will have to pay a fine, if the apartment is rented.

How to register in another city? If you have finally decided to settle in another city where you do not have a permanent stamp, you should know the procedure that will allow you to completely legally change your place of residence .

Procedure
In the case of an extract by power of attorney, you will not have to appear in person at the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, but this does not simplify the procedure.

- Call the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the place of registration and find out whether they will issue a power of attorney without your presence. Required documents

- passport (original);

Temporary registration in another city is much easier than in the case of permanent registration.

- You must come to the passport office with a package of documents and permission from the property owner.
