Simply put, according to the law, after living for 90 days on the territory of the Russian Federation, you can re-enter only after 90 days. Violation of the rule threatens not only a fine, but also a ban on subsequent entry into Russia.

The 90/180 rule does not apply:

for citizens who have a visa;
for those working under a patent;
for persons with a residence permit or temporary residence permit;

Validity period and options for its extension
