It is possible to return an air ticket issued at the Flynow ticket office and on the Flynow.ru website, but you should take into account several rules established by airlines and air ticket booking systems.

Refunds of air tickets are only possible at the ticket office network where you purchased the ticket or at the ticket office of the airline on which your flight was scheduled to take place.

The refund conditions for electronic air tickets purchased on the website or at the FlyNow ticket office comply with the requirements of the airlines and reservation systems.

You can exchange a ticket, but with restrictions. You can find the details here, but the main thing you need to know is that the fee for changing some items is 5,000 rubles per passenger. It turns out that sometimes exchanging a ticket can be more expensive than the ticket itself. With an additional payment you can change:

  • Passenger's name/surname no later than 4 hours before flight departure. You can exchange online or through the call center. Or at least 40 minutes before the flight departure time - through the airport ticket office.
  • Date, flight time or route no later than 48 hours before departure time - through the airline's call center or online.

If the new fare exceeds the fare at which you purchased the ticket, you will have to pay the difference in full.

An involuntary refund can only be made if you canceled your flight earlier than 40 minutes before departure.

Pobeda tickets are non-refundable, that’s why it’s a low-cost airline. You don't have to fly if you change your mind, but you won't get the money. As the airline writes on its website.

Or if the company considers the return forced. This can happen:

  • When a flight is delayed, canceled or rescheduled in advance for any time (even a 10-minute delay is considered) or the route is changed through no fault of yours.
  • For some reason you didn’t get a seat in the cabin. This is called overbooking, when the airline sells more tickets than the number of passengers the plane can accommodate.
  • You were detained for inspection, although there was no reason for this.
  • Your ticket was issued incorrectly, you got sick, or the person you are flying with died. Or you, pah-pah-pah. By the way, if you are sick, you must be sick on the day of departure, otherwise it doesn’t count.

All this needs to be confirmed with official documents - a certificate of incapacity for work, for example. It must be issued to you at a licensed medical institution. The sheet must contain:

  • Name and seal of the institution;
  • Date of issue of the document, full name and age of the passenger or his family member;
  • Full name, signature and seal of the doctor who issued the medical document, and the period for which it was issued.

When performing the return procedure, the passenger should pay attention to two important points:

  • any rules that are established for air carriers cannot contradict or worsen the conditions prescribed in the Air Code of the Russian Federation;
  • in the event of any departmental directives or recommendations referred to by the airline, the requirements of the RF Military Code take priority for any court.

Exchange for a ticket with a different date, time or route is prohibited in Economy class at the Promo-Lite fare for both Russian and international flights.

You can do this with an additional payment of 3,000 rubles in Economy class at the Promo fare for domestic flights. But on international flights in this tariff you can only change the date and time of departure for 30 euros, but you cannot change the route.

Exchange of other fares in Economy and Business classes is allowed without surcharges or penalties on Russian flights. On international ones you can change with a fine of 30 to 75 euros.

Ticket refunds are prohibited in Economy class at Promo-Lite and Promo fares on Russian and international flights.

Returns in Economy class at Economy and Premium Economy fares are allowed with a fine of 1,500 rubles on Russian flights and 20 euros on international flights.

In Business class you do not need to pay for ticket return.

The “Maximum” tariff (aka Flex) is the coolest, since tickets can be exchanged or returned without surcharges or any deductions.

Other fares need to be carefully checked, since sometimes conditions in the same fare and class may differ due to destinations and routes.

For example, for transportation between the cities of Moscow and Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, and between the cities of Khabarovsk and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, special conditions apply.

You can exchange your ticket for an additional fee at all fares, including the cheapest baggage-free “Light”. For tickets for domestic flights - 2600 rubles, for international flights - 2650 rubles. The price rose slightly last summer.

Return

You can return your ticket at the “Optimum” fare in any class of service (Economy, Comfort or Business) for 2,600 rubles. Again, in the “Maximum” tariff this option is free.

For Economy class tickets at the Budget, Light and Promo fares, the ticket price is not refunded unless there is a compelling reason for this. Non-refundable tickets can be returned for the same exceptional reasons as with other airlines: illness or death, delay at security check, etc. If your case is the exception, look at this document.

You can return tickets online if you also bought them online. In addition to award air tickets and air tickets paid for with points that you have accumulated in the bonus program. And it is also impossible to return non-refundable tickets online, that is, in Economy class at the Budget, Light and Promo fares. Conditions depend on the ticket fare. On the “Minimum” tariff you will have to pay an additional 6,000 rubles (80 euros) for one segment. At other tariffs - 2000 rubles (30 euros).

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange a ticket by transferring it to another person.

Depends on the ticket fare. It will not be possible to return to “Minimum” and “Optimum” at the passenger’s initiative. For “Premium” and “Business” refunds cost 2,000 rubles (30 euros) per flight segment.

In this case, you need to notify Utair about no-show for the flight no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure. If you do not show up for your flight and do not notify us in advance, your seats along the entire route will be canceled automatically and your money will not be refunded, regardless of the fare.

Air ticket exchange

To exchange air tickets for another flight, you must contact one of our ticket offices or call the call center. The operator will accept your request for an exchange and, if there are seats on the flight you need, will make the exchange.

When exchanging air tickets, fees established by the airline according to the terms of the fare and an agency service fee of 300 rubles are charged. Payment for the exchange can be made in cash at ticket offices, by bank card or by bank transfer.

For example, at the Premium Economy fare, a free exchange of a ticket for another date is possible if you apply no later than 40 minutes before the flight departure and with a fee of 1,000 rubles on domestic flights after check-in ends.

To return a ticket, you need to check who you bought it from. The name of the seller is written in the itinerary receipt that arrived after booking, and in the SMS about the debiting of money. If Red Wings are listed there, then you need to contact them through the form. If there is a ticket sales agency, then the refund will need to be processed through them.

It is not possible to return Light fare tickets at the passenger's initiative, but you can try to arrange an exchange of this ticket through the seller.

How much money can you get back?

Refunds for plane tickets are carried out in accordance with the Airspace Code (Article 108). In this case, the passenger must receive the full cost of the boarding pass. The exception is service fees.

Important! The carrier will charge a fee of 25% of the total cost of the boarding pass. This rule is stated not only in the code, but also in the airline regulations.

If the ticket was purchased through an agency, it may be difficult to return it. From the total cost of the boarding pass, not only 25% will be deducted in favor of the air carrier, but also 10-15% in favor of the agency itself.

Advice. Before purchasing air tickets through intermediaries, you must first familiarize yourself with the refund rules.

If a passenger is late for a flight or misses it, the money may be returned minus large penalties. It is better to notify the operator a few hours before departure so that upon arrival at the airport you can issue a refund of at least some part of the cost.

  • On the Light fare, exchanges not before or after departure are impossible.
  • The “Optimum” tariff allows you to return a ticket more than 24 hours before departure by paying a fee of 2000 rubles / 25 euros. And 5,000 rubles / 60 euros if the exchange is less than 24 before departure. After departure, the exchange costs 6,000 rubles.
  • On the Premium fare, exchanges can be made free of charge more than 24 hours before departure. But if there are less than 24 days left before departure, you will have to pay 5,000 rubles / 60 euros. After departure - 6,000 rubles / 75 euros.

  • On “Light” and “Optimum” fares, refunds are not possible either before or after departure.
