- Correct purpose of loan

The support program is aimed exclusively at improving the living conditions of large families, so payment will also be refused if one mortgage agreement, in addition to an apartment, includes non-residential premises, for example a parking space. “Because the state will not differentiate which part of the loan is aimed at residential real estate and which – non-residential,” explains the expert.
