Registration in another city

Citizens often move to another city for a certain period of time for family reasons or work. They do not need to change their registration. Nonresident citizens may need to obtain a foreign passport for various reasons (expiration, loss, damage of the document). Everyone has the right to obtain a foreign passport in another city.
