“I came home from work yesterday, and my wife told me that our local police officer called us and demanded that I come to him for a conversation to give an explanation. But he never gave answers to his wife’s questions about what explanations should be given. What should I do? Do I have the right not to answer such a strange call?

– If a district police officer has expressed a desire to invite a person to a conversation, then one should not panic - the invitation to a conversation most often has the nature of a necessary interaction, for example, if the district police officer has some questions regarding the person invited. The conversation is not always obligatory. Let’s figure out what types of interaction with citizens the district police officer has the right to and take a closer look at the conversation.
