  11. In the Republic of Bashkortostan, the law allows repair work and drilling to be carried out on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 am and 11 pm. In this case, noisy processes (drilling, chiselling, sanding, etc.) should be carried out from 10 am to 10 pm.
  12. In the Tyumen region, repair work on the weekend is allowed in the time period 9–22 hours. There is a quiet hour (13–15). This is the time when you cannot do repairs or drill.
